For new clients, if you'd like to connect before you request services, you can send an email to shine@jennifersglass.com and we'll schedule a quick Zoom so we can get a feel for each other's energy and I can answer any questions you may have about the service you're interested in.

I use client agreements to ensure we're in energetic (and legal) integrity. New clients, or current clients who are requesting different services, will be emailed a client agreement. Please be prepared to print, sign, and email it before our session.

Once you book your session and it is confirmed, you'll receive an invoice. Payment is due at that time. There are no refunds.

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours' notice are not refundable.
