Are you annoyed more often than you're happy?

The Law of Attraction can feel like an awesome responsibility—is everything truly a reflection of what we believe about ourselves and the world around us? Depending on where you’re at in your life, that can either be terrifying or liberating.
When you feel stuck or agitated or frustrated, chances are that there is a belief/pattern running that you’re ready to outgrow. If you can, view it as a gift. To help release it, you can try the Hawaiian forgiveness practice of Ho’oponopono. As you think that thought or feel that uncomfortable feeling, place your hand over your heart and say out loud, “I forgive you. I love you. I’m sorry. Thank you.”
Forgive yourself (and the world) for not being the way you want it to be. Love that thought/person/situation as an extension of yourself—a part of you that is wounded and needs care. Apologize for whatever you may have contributed to the situation, or if that feels wrong, you can apologize to yourself for having to go through it. Thank it for teaching you what you need to learn. Repeat it whenever you need to. It’s heady stuff and can help to transform a frozen energy block that is making you miserable.
